Q: Which e-mail from Billetnet contains my tickets?
A: The tickets will be sent to you as an e-mail with a PDF-file attached.

When you select TicketFast as your method of delivery you will get two e-mails. The first one is a confirmation which cannot be used to gain entry to the event. The second e-mail is the one with the TicketFast PDF-attached. You can now open this PDF and print the tickets.

Note: If you have purchased more than one ticket in your order, you will need to print all pages, as each page (ticket) has its own barcode.
