Service charges (ticket fees)

Billetnet A/S sells tickets for event organizers (venues, theatres, promoters, etc.) to end-customers who wish to attend live events.

Billetnet's service charges are variable and consist of a ticket fee, which depends upon the price of the ticket, and a sales fee, which is only added if personal service is involved (i.e. if buying tickets from an outlet or over the phone)

Service charges
Tickets sold via Billetnet will have a service charge. The service charge is usually between 10 and 30 DKK per ticket - the exact charge depends on the event price and the terms set forth by the promoter. The service charge is included in the price you see on Billetnet.dk.

Additionally, a sales fee of 20 DKK per transaction is added if personal service is involved - from Billetnet's call center, from the post office, or from one of the other outlets. Thus, you will not pay the sales fee if you buy tickets from www.Billetnet.dk.

When buying or picking up reservations at an outlet, a reservation fee of 5 DKK will be charged per ticket. So you'll actually save money if you buy the tickets right away instead of using the reservation option.

Delivery charges
1. TicketFast – you print the tickets yourself, so there is no delivery charge when using TicketFast. Read more about TicketFast here.

2. Tickets will generally be shipped by regular mail with Post Danmark for a 20 DKK delivery charge per transaction.

3. Some events have Registered mail as a delivery option. Registered mail is shipped within 4 business days for a 90 DKK delivery charge per transaction. We recommend providing an address where someone will be available to receive the letter during the day since it will have to be signed for. If a letter sent by registered mail is lost or damaged in transit you have the right to get reimbursed by Post Danmark for up to 1000 DKK. All inquiries in that regard should be directed to the Billetnet Call Center at +45 70 15 65 65.

4. Budstikken - delivery on the same day. Together with Budstikken we offer delivery on the same day in the greater Copenhagen area. If you purchase the tickets before noon, they will be delivered wthin 4 PM the same day. You can read more about Budstikken here.

Billetnet would like to stress that the liability for carriage lies with the buyer and Billetnet claims no responsibility for any tickets potentially lost in the mail or any other disruptions to the safe delivery of tickets to the buyer. See the paragraph about replacement tickets though.

Replacement tickets
As a special service, for most events, Billetnet will be able to issue replacement tickets in case your tickets did not arrive, get lost in the mail, or have been damaged. Please contact our Call Center at +45 70 15 65 65 if you need to get replacement tickets. For that service we will charge the ticket fee and 50 DKK in administrative costs.

When replacment tickets are issued, the original tickets are voided. Once replacement tickets have been printed, it is no longer possible to cancel or annull the order.

Dankort 1.45 DKK per transaction + 0.1% of the transaction amount
VISA/Dankort 1.45 DKK per transaction + 0.1% of the transaction amount
VISA 1.50% of the transaction amount (minimum 1.95 DKK per transaction)
VISA Electron 1.50% of the transaction amount
VISA card issued outside of Denmark 2.95% of the transaction amount (minimum 1.95 DKK per transaction)
Eurocard/Mastercard issued in Denmark 1.50% of the transaction amount (minimum 0.70 DKK per transaction)
Eurocard/Mastercard issued outside of Denmark 2.95% of the transaction amount (minimum 1.95 DKK per transaction)
Diners Club issued in Denmark 1.25% of the transaction amount
Diners Club issued outside of Denmark 2.95% of the transaction amount
American Express issued in Denmark: 1.25% of the transaction amount (minimum 0.70 DKK per transaction)
