  • How do I purchase ticket insurance?
    If available for your event, the option to purchase insurance will be offered to you at the time you book your tickets.

  • I have an enquiry regarding a claim (e.g. 'I would like to make a claim' or 'I submitted my claim a number of days ago, have you received it?'). Whom should I contact?

  • I have an enquiry regarding my insurance purchase (e.g. 'can I make an amendment to the event/date I am covered for' or 'does my policy cover me for xxx?')
